last time you "arranged for a script to be run over the company file from the cloud that has been known to aid clients with a similar situation"
this is for "a script in which can run over company files that are showing unusually long decimal place or N/A inventory values or a negative inventory message "
so please repeat this

this run scripts seems to have created an issue with 1 x inventory line?
ML Almond 1L x 8
In the meantime I have created a new line and called it ML ALMOND and removed stock from line not working and and added to this new inventory line so i can keep operating.

Thanks for your thorough response. To resolve this issue, I suggest clearing your AccountRight Cache as it might be the cause. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Open your Start Menu
2. Type: %localappdata%
3. Open the %localappdata% folder:
4. Open the MYOB Folder.
5. Open the AccountRight Folder.
6. Open the Cache Folder.
7. Clear all files listed here.
The Cache files are files containing operational data within AccountRight to make some operations faster, if these files corrupt in any way this could lead to unexpected behavior in AccountRight.

I tried this but still encountering issues,
one line inventory - when i click on the item to view the item in detail - an error comes up to close it - please advise - all this wasnt happening before you ran scripts?
