Sales and 2FA

Hi everybody

 

The client has staff the only job they have is to enter sales.

 

Is there any way to get access to the file without using 2FA?

    Hi Zappy 

     

    Two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled based on a my.MYOB account. This would be required for my.MYOB account portals such as logging into the company file online using AccountRight. This is not able to be disabled on a per-account or per-user basis based on function.

    It's fine. I think we just take the file offline. Thanks Steve for your response. It's exactly what I needed.
