Sales Invoice Import - Job number

Please help with the following error when importing a sales invoice to MYOB accountright the job number isnt picking up. Any suggestions? I have tried to save the job number in many formats for the import but the same error

    Hi VY1, I think you have saved the data from Excel as a CSV file. Excel has changed some of the job numbers to dates, eg Apr-11, which results in the error. I suggest formatting that column as text, and possibly re-populating it, then save as a text file. Personally I prefer tab-delimited, in case the data has commas.

    The amounts in your file have 9 decimal places; for a service invoice only 2 are needed/allowed.

    Also be careful if the dollar values exceed $1000 as Excel may add quotes around the amounts; to prevent that, format the amounts as numeric, two decimal places, no commas.
