Sending invoices from MYOB

I am trying to send the monthly invoices directly from MYOB (as I do every month) and for some reason they are not being sent - when I click on "view all activity" to check it has gone through it just says 

 

The recipient has confirmed they are not receiving any invoices.  These are sent directly from MYOB, not through my own email server.

    Mine say invoices are created but not sent. Went through this twice already and confirmed with recipients that they have not received their invoices nor have I received my CC. Checked my settings and my default email for invoices, payroll is correct.
