setting up invoices to be emailed on a certain date

  Hi,  I'm inputting sales invoices in to MYOB dated in the future (i.e. 12 monthly payments for commercial rental income) and wondered if there is a way that MYOB can automatically email these invoices on their set date or can this only be done manually?

    Hi JackieGeale 

     

    If you are wishing to send out an invoice via email through AccountRight it would need to be sent through the Print/Email Invoices window or via the Enter Sales window when you wish to send the invoice. There is no provision to allow you to send that email out at a specific date/time.

     

    When you push Send in AccountRight is when the email will send.
