Thanks for your post. I would like to extend to you a warm welcome to the Community Forum. Thank you for sharing your inquiry with us. We regret that you are facing issues in making super payments with a credit card. We genuinely appreciate your understanding during this time.
Currently, MYOB Pay Super only directly debits the Bank Account nominated and does not allow for a Credit Card facility. If you would like to see a change in this preference, we recommend posting your suggestion on our Product Ideas Exchange Board for consideration. We will ensure that your request is communicated to the team so they can assess the possibility of adding this feature in a future release of Pay Super.
