The files you sent couldn’t be processed

When I get this email, how am i supposed to know which file it was that didnt work? I send many files to the inbox am I supposed to open up everyone to locate the one that is missing or is there another way?

  • Hi TSGTanya

Thanks for your post. I'm assuming that you are referring to the In Tray so will give assistance based on that. If you are referring to something else please do let me know.

If documents in an email sent to the In Tray are not able to be uploaded a return email is sent to indicate that is the case. The email is intended to provide an overview and will not list the individual document names that can't be uploaded - the system doesn't look at the document names.

If you have received that email, the way to tell which documents have not been uploaded would be to refer to the In Tray to see what documents have been uploaded and using that work out which documents were sent but have not been uploaded.

Please let me know if you need further help.

Thanks for reply.  I worked out how to find the file and it was from the date the email from myob was sent, then looking into my email sent folder and correlating it to this time, I was then able to work out which one it was. Thanks again!
