Time billing & online payments

We are experiencing difficulties in taking payments online since the last update. We utilize time billing invoices and we have not been able to obtain access to these invoices online to enter credit card payment details. 

This function worked well before the update. 

Is there anything we can try to resolve this ?

    Welcome to the Community Forum. I recommend clearing the browser cache which can resolve some odd behaviour by getting the system to completely refresh the information: Clear my cache.

     

    If that does not resolve your issue, could you reply with the last 4 digits of your Serial Number and some more context on what is occurring (including a screen shot of any error you receive error message you receive) so I can investigate further?
