Unable to print from Register

Very often, when I am trying to print directly from the Register eg. list of Open Purchases, it says "There is no information to display" when clearly there is. In example of Purchases, 98% are set up as Service layout.

Very frustrating. Any advice please?

    Sorry to hear that you are getting an error when trying to print. Could you confirm what is the report you are trying to print before getting the error message?

      Hi Leneth - thanks for getting back to me.

      Im in Purchase Register, Open Bills or Open Orders - and pressing PRINT in the top left corner.

      Any guidance would be great
