Unable to Print Invoices or Packing Slips

When using the print/email invoices function in account right desktop it continues to say no records exist or match your criteria. I have made the criteria as wide as possible and it is still not bringing anything up. This has only been an issue for the last month, before then it was working perfectly.

    I appreciate your post and the screenshot you've provided. I get that you're having trouble with the print/email invoices function in AccountRight Desktop, as it's not showing any records despite broad criteria. To resolve this, you might want to consider checking the advance filter before proceeding with printing. Aside from this, you can automatically print a packing slip at the same time you print an invoice or order by selecting this preference (Setup menu> Preferences> Sales tab).
