Unable to use customized remittance advice

Hello,

For some reason we are no longer able to use our customized remittance advice. I search the forum and tried few of the advices to fix this such as, clearing cache, selecting form in "Advance filters", change the status to "printed" then back to "to be emailed".

Is there any other solutions that can help me fix this as it looks very unprofessional.

    Hi Janete,

     

    Thanks for flagging this. Since you’ve already tried the right basics. Quick extras to try:

     

    • Set the custom form as the default in Print/Email Remittance Advices > Advanced Filters (Remittance Advice – Payables).
    • Make sure a default printer is set in Windows, then restart AccountRight.
    • Re-save the customised form under a new name and re-select it.
    • If you’ve recently updated, the form link can reset, re-link the custom form.
