Unable to use customized remittance advice
Hello,
For some reason we are no longer able to use our customized remittance advice. I search the forum and tried few of the advices to fix this such as, clearing cache, selecting form in "Advance filters", change the status to "printed" then back to "to be emailed".
Is there any other solutions that can help me fix this as it looks very unprofessional.
