Accountright online - timesheets not appearing in pay run

Hi Guys, I have ensured timesheets are activated, checked dates; yet each time I create a pay run online the timesheets are missing.  They appear in desktop and I can just hit process; but not luck on the online version. I prefer to use on line, however this is hindering my efforts.

    Hey Andy65,

     

    I see that you're having issues with timesheets not showing up when processing pay runs. To resolve the issue where timesheets are missing when creating a pay run online but appear in the desktop version, try the following:  

      

    • Change the dates in the Process Payroll window one day forward, then one day back to the original date. This should refresh the screen in the background and make the timesheets show.

  • Hi Doreen, Thank you for taking the time to reply. I did figure out the date in the meantime. The date of the pay run is the start of the pay week. When creating the pay run, there is start date, a finish date and pay date; yet no clarification around the date linking timesheets prior to the pay run. A simple notiation near the field advising start of pay week would be helpful for newbies just doing the switch to online. Fully au fait and like desktop, but loving online.
