Accountright Subscription to use STP

Hi,

I'm currently having issues accessing STP reporting with the attached image..

I subscribed this morning for a lite subscription but I dont think it's registering for this file, I'm just wondering how i can apply my subscription to this file?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you! :)

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    Please confirm the company file ID of the file that you are trying to access. To check it, go to Help > About MYOB AccountRight. Also, please confirm the company file by choosing Confirm Company file from the Help menu. Please let us know how it goes.
