Age Calculation Fault

Hello, I have two employees in MYOB, both with birth dates of December 2007.

Both commenced with us in 2022. One is casual and one is fulltime.

However their calculated age is not flipping over within the system.

How is this corrected?

    Hi Warrandale620,  

     

    That’s a bit of a strange one. Usually, an employee’s age updates on the first pay run on or after their birthday. Since their birthday this year hasn’t come around yet, they should still be showing as 17.

     

    If the birthday looks wrong in recent reports and the age still doesn’t update, best to get in touch with our support team so we can take a closer look. You can lodge a support ticket from the My Account page, or jump on live chat via MOCA, our virtual assistant.
