Hi Clarity2,
No worries, this tends to happen quite a bit, especially at this time of year! It might be caused by differences in pay item ATO reporting categories, manual changes to employee pay histories or payroll transactions, or even simple submission errors. A good way to get to the bottom of this is to review your payroll activity and register reports, then line them up with your YTD verification report, that should help you pinpoint the issue. Once you’ve figured it out, you can jump into resolving it. I’ll include some handy links below to help out.
