Cant access Employee file again

I have another employee I can't access. I have the error code and need help with this please. I have attached the error code.

    Thank you for the post and I'm happy to assist you with this. Please send me a Private Message containing the following:

     

    • Serial number
    • Business name
    • Company File ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)
