contacting myob

How do you speak to a person from myob

I have a problem with myob teams saying I dont have access and to contact the administrator of which I am???

I have another problem with enititlements that still hasn't been resolved???

You pay a decent subscription but for no personal help other than trying to find the answer yorself on the website??

    MYOB Teams errors experienced Accessing the Online portal - Investigating

    Incident start: 22/01/2024 07:58AM AEDT


    Our team is currently investigating an issue with 'MYOB team' online portal.
    During this time customers may experience a generic error message when loading the MYOB team application Via the Web Portal stating "Sorry you don't have the permissions to access this resource. Please contact the account owner"

    We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and thanks for bearing with us while we work on it.

    "If you are experiencing an issue that doesn't relate to this notification, you can join our MYOB Community or visit our MYOB Support site to find more information, help and contact details"

    Hi

    We have been having countless issues with the myob teams app.

    People getting kicked out all the time.

    Having to sign in multiple times only to get kicked out.

    We've tried clearing the cache on their phones as well as deleting and reinstalling the app.

    So the problems with this app haven't been solved.

    Hi mezz,

     

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    Since you already tried deleting and reinstalling the app and also doing the basic trouble shooting like clearing cache but the issue persists. May I know what version of MYOB team app you are currently using? We have released a fix with the MYOB Team 1.35.1 version. If you still having an issue you can try to remove the location under approving manager then try to re-add it again. You can also consider changing the email address of the employee then re-edit again.
