I have provided an example of the page where you can locate your Client ID. In your screenshot, simply scroll up on that page, and you'll find your Client ID at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

What did you do to bring up that screen ?

It must be something like    https://....................................................................................

This is the part I am having trouble with - to everyone else in the world it is so, so, so obvious

Sorry but I have just opened the front door and you are explaining stuff that is in the cellar without telling me it is in the cellar

Apologies - but everyone at MYOB is communicating with me on the basis that I already know everything

Make sure you are logging into my.myob.com to get your client ID, not the Partner dashboard. Alternatively, you can find your client ID on your MYOB invoice.
