does anyone know how to get your id number?

Good morning everyone   I've got a bit of  a silly question does any one know how to get your client number??

    To get your Client ID, you would need to log in to myaccount.myob.com then at the top right-hand corner of the screen you will find your account name and a 7 to 8-digit number.

Please eplain how this page attached is going to help me find my ClientID - I must be stupid - Every time I ask for help I end up down a rabbit hole which is just a dark dark hole - never seem to get a real answer

    I have provided an example of the page where you can locate your Client ID. In your screenshot, simply scroll up on that page, and you'll find your Client ID at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

      I guess what everyone knows (except me) is ...

       

      What did you do to bring up that screen ?

       

      It must be something like    https://....................................................................................

       

      This is the part I am having trouble with - to everyone else in the world it is so, so, so obvious

       

      Sorry but I have just opened the front door and you are explaining stuff that is in the cellar without telling me it is in the cellar

       

      Apologies - but everyone at MYOB is communicating with me on the basis that I already know everything

        Thanks for your post. Please allow me to extend to you a very warm welcome to the Community Forum. We apologize that you are also experiencing difficulties looking for your client ID. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. 
         
        Make sure you are logging into my.myob.com to get your client ID, not the Partner dashboard. Alternatively, you can find your client ID on your MYOB invoice.

      Log In to: MY.MYOB.COM.AU - See Client ID's at top right in drop down box
