Employee card not opening

Hi, can I please have the script run on my file to fix this error?  I submitted a Help Ticket on this matter 2 days ago, but it hasn't been actioned, and my auditor needs access.  Thanks in advance.

    Usually, they just run the script, it takes a couple of seconds.  I've had this issue about 3 or 4 times previously and the mods here are usually very prompt.

    Hi tweedy1 and NVSHS

     

    It looks like those employee cards have been causing a few headaches. I’ve run the employee card fix script over both of your files, so if you close and reopen AccountRight, you should now be able to open and edit those employee cards without that error popping up.

    im sorry

    The issue isnt fixed

    I closed and reopened AccountRight as requested and its still crashed

    It isnt solved

    Could you please do a repair scrip on the file with client number: ****9000 (New) Greenphase Pty ltd

    Due to the file is standing alone perhaps the old file has been done and not the correct one. 

    Serial number : ********8761

    My file is not fixed yet.  I have logged a ticket through My Account last Tuesday, so over a week ago.  Kinda need this fixed, as our Auditor needs access to all files.
