I tried to process a payroll today but one of our employees was missing.
I can still find her in card file under employee but I can't find her in payroll center.
I was able to process her pay last month. Anyone knows how to solve the problem?

Employees might not appear on your payroll processing screen if their payroll details are not set up correctly. Have there been any changes made to this specific employee's card file? I recommend checking the employee's pay frequency and making sure it matches the pay frequency when processing a pay run. For more details, you can refer to this Help article: Add an employee.
