Thanks for your post. If the employee has the Final indicator tick in the EOFY finalisations tab and the finalisation report was accepted without errors you will need to contact the ATO to find out why the status has not changed to Tax Ready.
If the finalisation report was accepted with errors or rejected you will need to undo that employee's finalisation, fix the cause of the error and re-finalise.

Finalisation report was accepted with errors. I undid and then resubmitted but still came up as accepted with errors. Call the ATO - they advised wait 72 hours and if not resolved call MYOB- I have waited but still showing accepted with errors.
The ATO also advised we have 3 other ex employees with the same issue.
I am now on hold to MYOB - They do not seem to answer calls.

You'll need to fix what is causing the error. If you can give me the exact error code and message I'll be able to assist further.
Once the error is fixed you can re-finalise the employees.
