Our centre has added an extra 4 days (8 hrs a day) personal leave for educators.
i just wanted to find out how would i add an extra (32 hrs) to each card?
would i just add to the balance adjustment ? or is there something extra?
AND do i do the personal leave adjustment percentage for 14 days (instead of 10 days)?

I would suggest to process a void pay to add the extra hours and to correct the employees leave balances. This Help Article, Adjusting leave entitlements, has detailed instructions to assist with this.
