EOFY Gross Figures have disappeared

Question

Hi&nbsp;We are currently experiencing an issue with our EOFY finalisation. All the gross figures have been zeroed out and we have tried to run numerous $0 payruns dated 30th June as advised and still no luck.We cant seem to get any help over the phone and no one seems to know how to fix this issue.&nbsp;We really need some assistance urgently and would hope MYOB can help.This is has been the most stressful end of year process we have ever experienced and with the monthly fee we pay we would expect alot more from MYOB.

Hijust checking , are you looking at the finalisation tab or the reports tab?&nbsp;if you have finalised then the reports tab shows $0 after finalisation&nbsp;&nbsp;if you look at finalisation tab ,select the correct year and the ytd validation report is there&nbsp;hope that helps&nbsp;Lisa
