EOYF STP Reports

Question

Help please we have run all the reports for our Payroll Balancing for EOFY with the STP summary of payments.&nbsp;Out of 353 employees we have one employee that doesnt balance, this is whereby one of their allowances is not showing the correct paid amount on their Summary of payments.&nbsp; See PDF Attached.&nbsp; The employee has been paid over 11 allowances in the pay year and they are all in listed with the correct figures with the exception of this allowance "M-Storey Allow(U$50M) Com to 15" there is a Nil dollar amount showing for this allowance for this employee when it should be $288 for the year.&nbsp; This $288 was paid over 10 weeks worth of wages and all of the other payments in those weeks are showing correctly for this employee.&nbsp; I have tried to do 3 Void Wages for Zero dollars all dated 30.6.23 and it is still not rectifying the issue.We have paid over $49K in this wage Allowance catergory alone for our company last year so probably 100 employees and all of the other employees Summary of Payments balance and have the right amounts in them.&nbsp;&nbsp;Also we would have a further 30 or so Allowance catergories we made payments to last year and they are all balancing and showing the correct figures in the Summay of Payments.&nbsp; This allowance total Category amount on the Verification report is also out by the $288.&nbsp;Please help&nbsp; thanks&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

May I know if this employee is terminated? If yes, please follow the followings steps in order to resolve and rectify the figures in your EOFY:

Remove termination date on employee card file, and delete employee on STP reporting center under employee terminations tab
 Set the employee card file back to active
 Select the payroll year and send update event
 Wait for the status of send update event to be on "accepted" status
 Check YTD verification report if it has been rectified
 If rectified, add termination date on the card file and add the employee on employee termination tab in STP Reporting
 Inactivate the employee card file

If this doesn't work, please send a screenshots of payroll activity, register, and &nbsp;the employee's YTD report.

Hi Princess&nbsp;Thank you for your response, the employee was terminated in our system earlier in the year then we unterminated him as he started back at work for us in May this year.&nbsp;I have tried again today to pay him just one cent in the payroll catergory on 30.6.2023 (Allowance) that wont show the $288 we have paid him in the 2023 financial year.&nbsp; This only updated his report by the one cent and still isnt showing the $288 that we are short.&nbsp; In this regard all of my wages etc balance to the cent so I have marked everyone else as Finalised.&nbsp;Not sure about the update pay event button, I was reluctant to hit this button as many comments on the forum stated that is changed other information for other employees so I didnt want to click on it.&nbsp;Can you please advise further of what you think we can do to resolve the issue.&nbsp;thanks&nbsp;

Kindly check the Payroll Register and Payroll Activity to see if the figures will show up. If you could attach a screenshot of the said reports. Please make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
