Error Message in Payroll

Whenever I try and do pays and progress past the initial screen that I enter the dates and payroll frequency (fortnightly), it comes up with an error stating "somethings gone wrong and accountright needs to close". I got everyone to log off and tried just in case it was a 1 user type issue but still got the same error.

This is the 1st time we are processing payroll in accountright LIVE.
