I'm having the same problem. It looks like heaps of others have too based on the community posts and most have needed support intervention. When support gets to this can you also private message me as I also need help to get past this error. I've tried logging out and clearing my cache. Thannks

Thanks for reaching out and you're spot on, this pesky "Whoops, Something Went Wrong" message has been popping up for a few users lately. It can definitely be a head-scratcher, but don't worry we'll help you get it sorted.
There can be a few culprits behind this one, so let's try a couple of quick checks first:
- Temporarily disable any antivirus software (sometimes it gets a bit overprotective!)
- Make sure your browser and antivirus aren't blocking pop-ups
- Also double-check that pop-ups are allowed in your web browser settings
If you've ticked all those boxes and the issue's still hanging around, you're absolutely right, our support team may need to step in. Sometimes we need to run a little behind-the-scenes magic (a script) to clear the error and get you moving again.

Hi thanks for your reply, I've tried your suggestions with pop ups and virus protection and had no luck. Will try through the other methods
