I need to create a catalogue of the super fund SPIN numbers we use... is there an export-able report that will provide this detail and remove the need for me to drill into each super fund and copy & paste, which is laborious at best!

I have just tested some reports and unfortunately you won't find a report that will produce the SPIN/USI details of each fund. You would need to go through each one.
You may find this list of all Superannuation Funds supported in AccountRight useful, however, I am sorry this isn't the answer you were hoping for.
