Exporting to Excel "Greyed" out

Hi all, im hoping someone has had the same thing happen and its an easy fix. 

 

What does it mean when the Excel button is "Greyed" out (not accessible) when trying to export a report from MYOB reports?

    Generally, this happens when the connection between AccountRight and Excel has been damaged or lost. This should be easily resolved by reinstalling AccountRight.

    I would also suggest when going to install AccountRight that you right-click on the installer and choose to run as administrator.
