First payroll for 2024 Financial Year not working
Have tried to completed the first payrun for 2024, have attempted several times but after we record no information is transferred to the next screen (electronic payments screen) and all data has disapeared. Need a resolution asap and payment must go through today.
In the "pay period" screen, check your selection in *Process all employees paid:
It might say "Bonus/Commission".
Change this selection to Weekly, Monthly, or whatever your payroll cycle is, then continue.
Background: during the year end process, if you run an update event, it makes this field default to Bonus/Commission on the next pay run.
