In Teams I cannot see the green "add employee" button.

I have set up 2 employees as per all the instructions and videos I have followed.  I am still waiting on 2 staff to onboard.  Should teams still work with the 2 that are ready?  

I have clicked on teams and checked all the company info, click next and the employee tab appears with 0 employees.  But the green button to add employees is simply not there.

I am administrator and it is Account right Plus.  What am I missing?

    Hi Babsbrook,

    That’s a bit odd, especially if you’re already set up as the administrator and can see the existing employees. 

    In MYOB Team, the Add employee button is usually only available when there are still eligible employees in the file who haven’t yet been assigned to Team. If the button isn’t showing, it can mean there aren’t any additional employees currently available to add from the company file.

    A good first step is to double-check that the employees you’re waiting to onboard are:
     

      -  active employees in the file

      -  assigned to the correct location

      - set up with the details needed for Team access

    If those all look correct and the button is still missing, it’d be best to reach out to our support team so they can check it further with you. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

    Hi Earl,

     

    No it hasn't been resolved, I don't know what else to do.  I spent 3 hours with MOCA and everything is correct...the conversation finished with the following:

     

    Thank you for patiently waiting I successfully refreshed the file please give it an hour or 2 to sync in then rest assured you will be able to add your employees in your MYOB Team, I will provide you a case number so in the event that you will still need assistance just jump back to chat or call us at 1300 555 123 but i don't think you will still need assistance as the file is now syncing.

     

    It's been 6 hours and no change, there is still no add employee button, and I am exhausted by it, any other suggestions?  Will it be another hour on hold if I call the number?
