Hi All,
Trying to pay the Leading Hand Allowance to staff which is 5.3% of their Ordinary Rate (Base, Tool and Industry Allowances).
In MYOB Accountright, how would you create a payroll category that applies the 5.3% rate to the total amount of the three categories mentioned above, rather than just the Base rate (regular rate in MYOB)?
I can't do fixed hourly rate as all staff payrates differ.

Thank you for your post.
You would need to set up categories for your allowances. You will have the option to adjust the pay rate's Fixed Hourly rate and tick on Automatically adjust base hourly or salary. This Help Article, Allowances, has information that you can use as a guide. If you need help with the rate and assigning an ATO category to be used, we recommend speaking to an accountant.
