leave accruals

Hi

Our Account Right has been set up to automatically calculate leave accruals as they accrue, and to subtract entitlements taken as they are taken.

 

It used to work well.

 

However, we currently have a situation where the leave accruals displayed on the staff payslip are not the same as the leave accruals generated on the accruals summary or detailed reports.

 

We are on Version 2022.2

 

Is there a fix?

    Can you supply some screen shots of the payslip and entitlement summary so we can see what you are looking at please.

    Reasonably sure posting would breach privacy regs, so, unfortunately, no.

    You could try and crop the sensitve info if you can do that

     

    unless you give a little more detail , or some examples

     

    Say Pay slip shows 23 hours accured but detail shows 53 hours 

    screenshot of your accrual category

     

    need some more detail to be able to help
