Leave Balances wrong (too high) after Dec 2022 update

File 1: Ex employee balance total entitlements (AL, SL, LSL, TOIL) gone from 0 to $500,000 owed. Current employee (1) checked ok. More current employees (12) to check but no time. 

File 2: Current employee annual leave balance should be 11 hours, showing on payslip as 54 hours. (Current employees to check 12)

MYOB updates are getting a bad reputation for having this type of effect - going into Christmas Holidays - I'm not happy, Jan!!

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    I'm sorry that this has happened and the inconvenience this is caused. If the leave balances are wrong you are going to need to adjust these. 

    You can do so by going to Card File command centre > Cards List, open an employee card > Payroll Details tab > Entitlements. Enter the amount that needs to be adjusted by in the Balance Adjustment column.
