Thanks for the work around Melisa but we are sticking with the software version while we can.

Thanks for your post. Are you able to provide a screenshot of where these fields are missing so I can take a look into this for you.

We are missing the arrow next to Holiday Pay that opened a box to allow you to add the periods of leave and any text field - eg with certificate for sick leave, etc
I also note that we can not seem to find how to add a pay item during a payrun? This is available in the non-browser version.

Hi John21,
The payroll window is slightly different in the web browser of AccountRight, leave needs to be entered in the leave field and you can use the Pay slip message field in the employee's pay to enter their leave dates. Information and example of this is available on our Help Article Paying leave.

Does this method have the leave dates show up on leave reports?
We like to keep track of the actual dates leave was taken.
