Missing accural annual leave on payslip

Can you please advised why there are a number of Payroll Categories in MYOB that for some unknown reason have not come across
 
from the Payroll End of Year Rollover and are not showing up on the respective payslips under Entitlements
 
For most of you it mainly affects the RDO Accrual
 
They were printing before rollover and are still showing on the entitlements but not on their payslip
 
Please respond urgently

    Hi Sabrina1 

     

    Currently the payroll categories won't show on the printed payslips if they haven't been posted to in the current payroll year. They'll appear once they've been used in a payroll transaction within the current payroll year. Alternatively, you can post a small amount against the payroll category using the Process Payroll screen for the affected employees, then reversed them immediately, the system will then correctly display these amounts on payslips.
