MYOB Team App for new Google Phone

Unfortunately this did not work for me. The store took longer to load (as expected) but the app is still showing the same error.

My employees are having the same issue.

Seems like MYOB needs to do some update on the google playstore.

Whatever it is, I request MYOB to please urgenty look into the issue and resolve it for the users.

I have just had notification re the Google Phone app problem from my employee and it is finally working for them - so please get your employees check theirs again to see if its working for them.

Thank you for the post. To fix this issue, you need to clear the cache and data for Google Play Store, Google Play Services, and Download Manager. You also need to make sure that your Android version is updated.

Thank you for your recommendation, my employee did all of the above, it is still stating this app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android, so no luck unfortunately.

There is an MYOB Advanced Team, is this app for staff or employers?

For my employee it appears to be, they are able to download and use the app :-)
