MYOB Teams - Leave Request Reason not appearing on app

I have employees trying to submit leave requests via the app but when they go to the leave reason there is no options available at all, or only personal leave is showing but not annual leave.

 

I've checked the below:

+ Leave entitlements are linked to the employees

+ Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app

+ Removing the user and reinviting them

+ Leave entitlements are set up correctly as they are accruing leave balances correctl

    Hi RubyphamAU,

     

    Thanks for covering so much workarounds already for leave reason not showing up. To take this a step further, it's worth checking that the wage category is linked to the employee's card file. For example, if the entitlement is called “Annual Leave,” it needs to pair with the wage category “Annual Leave Paid,” and both should be selected on the employee’s card. You can check this link for more info. Once this is confirmed, ask the employee to submit their leave request again.     I've checked:

    + The Annual Leave entitlement is linked to two Wages Categories: Annual Leave Pay and Annual Leave Cashed Out

    + The Personal Leave entitlement is linked to wage category Personal Leave Pay
