Not able to process payslips or submit to IRD

I'm trying to do my payrun.  I get as far as review payslips then it says to check values.  I have done everything.  When I checked on my last payrun it says it wasn't submitted to ird.  I did a final pay.  I went to input last week's wages again but the person whose final pay isn't coming up even though I've made her active again.  Help please.

    Hi leeanne 

     

    Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.

     

    Since you already activated the employee but it is not working, I recommend to add the employee as a new employee. After that, reprocess the pay. If there's any recorded pay in the system from the old record, kindly delete it so that it will not be duplicated.
