One off superannuation payment to directors through payroll

Can someone please tell me how to set up a one off payment to directors through payroll.

 

I believe I need to set up a new superannuation category and I need to know which accounts to link it to, thank you.

    Hi Regplum 

     

    A new superannuation category would only be necessary if it was not already created, or if you want to use a different linked account. For instructions on how to add the Superannuation Category click here: Superannuation Categories.

     

    You would also need to set up the Superannuation Fund if it is not already created. For instructions on that click here: Set up Superannuation Funds.

     

    Once that is done you can record the Payrun as a one-off payment by choosing the Process Individual Employee on the first step of Process Payroll.
