Pay slips
For various reasons we have pay periods which are not exactly a week, fortnight or month. How can I change the pay slip so that it shows the correct period and correct payment date.

Hi RMH,
Thank you for your post. I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the community forum. I hope you find it a valuable resource.
To address this issue, once a payment has been mistakenly processed with an incorrect payment date, you have the option to reverse the payment. This will allow you to make the necessary corrections to ensure that the pay slip displays the accurate period and payment date. Could you kindly confirm the product you're using? If you're using MYOB Business-NZ, then kindly refer to this Help article, Reverse Pay, that has detailed information to assist with this.
Please let me know if you require further assistance. I'm happy to help.

Your Answer does not address the issue. Why can't I specify the length of the pay oeriod rather that having to accept the default of week, fortnight, 4 weeks, month?
Hi RMH,
Thank you for your response.
We understand the importance of flexibility in pay cycles, and we appreciate your feedback. Currently, the pay cycle options are set up based on the default configurations for efficiency and consistency. The current default pay cycle options are determined by the payroll details set up in each employee's profile. If you wish to customize the pay cycle length, please navigate to your employee card, and update the payroll details accordingly. This should allow you to select a pay cycle that aligns better with your preferences.
Please let me know if you require any further assistance with this. I'm happy to help.
Cheers,
Princess
