Pay Super delays

I process our Super payment within 1 day of payroll but  staff are reporting that it doesn’t show up in the Super account for up to 10 Days. My own  (Aware) is one of these e./g we processed in the bank on June 4 and the transactions are not showing up on 11 June. Where are these funds being held and why the delay?

Thank you.

    Hi WyomingCC,

Super payments can take up to 10 business days to be authorized, processed, and received by super funds. Since your payments were processed on June 4, it’s still within this timeframe. If there’s no update after the 10 business days, it’s best to contact the Paysuper team for help. You can also check out the linked help page for more details! Make superannuation payments

    Regards,
    Earl

A response that simply repeats my question is not an answer.

i know it is taking that long.. my question is why?  Referring me to a how to page is simply useless when that page makes absolutely no reference to time processing.
Only 6 months ago, when a similar question was asked, the answer was 4 days…see below

    Hey WyomingCC,

Super payments you've processed are being held up by the Super Clearing House. This happens when payments encounter issues, like data errors, which can lead to delays. These errors made it tricky for the funds to accept the payments immediately, but rest assured, the system is designed to get everything sorted out. Typically, super payments take around 10 business days to be processed and received by the super fund. This timeframe doesn't factor in weekends or public holidays. Since you processed the payment on January 4, the best time to check in with the super fund would be next week. Let's give the process the full chance to work itself through.

If the payment still hasn't landed at the super fund by then, the MYOB Pay Super team is here to help. You can drop them an email at paysuper@myob.com to look into things for you so we can figure out what's going on and smooth out those hiccups.

    Cheers,

    Doreen
