Pay Super Direct Debit failed

I authorised the payment but the funds have not been direct debited. This is the first time paying from a new bank account and the account seem to be hidden as I can't find them anywhere (yes I have followed all of the help instructions....)

 

How can I verify what account you are trying to debit my super from for real?

 

If the details are wrong how can I get this fixed?

    Hi XX2,

     

    Looks like your Pay Super direct debit didn’t grab from the new bank. If the payment has been authorised, you'll need to record a journal entry to debit the AccountRight account you nominated when you set up Pay Super, and credit the account which you incorrectly selected in the Pay Superannuation window. Meanwhile to verify and change the actual bank account your super payments are withdrawn from, download the Pay Super Change of Details form. Email and return the completed form to paysuper@myob.com for processing and for further checking.

    When I click on Pay Super Settings all it shows is my payment limit and user roles. No other info is displayed.

    Hi XX2

     

    You can usually find the bank account used for Pay Super in your Pay Super settings. If you can't see it there, it’s best to give the Pay Super team a shout. If you’ve switched banks and the debit didn’t come from the new one, it likely still drew from the old account. So it's best to reach out to them, you can find their email address in this link
