Pay Super problem in AccountRight

Hi, I’m having a problem with my regular quarterly Pay Super payment in Accountright. It appeared to go through normally and funds were removed from our bank account and transferred correctly to employees Super funds,  but strangely the payment is not showing in the Manage Payments window after 2 months. Therefore it is not in the bank feed, so I can’t reconcile the bank account.

Has anyone seen a problem like this and any ideas on how to solve it?
