Pay Super

When attempting to pay superannuation through MYOB instead of my usual ATO Clearing House method, the system will not allow the payment to proceed because the fund is an SMSF with an ABN only and no SPIN/USI. This occurs despite the SMSF bank details being successfully linked in MYOB.

    Nice pickup on the SMSF setup with an ABN only rather than a SPIN/USI. It's best if you could reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. They'll be able to check if there are any error messages when paying SMSF and help you resolve it.
