Pay superannuation problem

I am in MYOB accountright at the pay super page

 

On far right of each person's super line there is a red cross and I am unable to process the payment.

 

When i click on "record" - nothing happens

    Hi GemzPat,

     

    The red cross you're seeing on the super lines could be popping up for a couple of reasons beyond just the employee's super details. If you click on it, it'll tell you exactly what the error is, which might explain why you can't record the payment just yet. If you're still stuck after checking that, best to reach out to our team through our virtual assistant MOCA or drop a support ticket via MyAccount, they will be able to pinpoint the issue and get it sorted for you quickly!
