Pay Superannuation

Am getting the following Error message when trying to pay April Superannuation to Statewide Super.

It looks like something went wrong with your payment. The superfund details entered are invalid.

 

We haven't had any problems previous months processing our payments to them.

    If you could please provide the ABN and USI you have on record for this superfund, I'd be happy to look into this for you.

    Same problem but Hostplus and Statewide have merged so probably need a new USI number.

    You need to change from Statewide to Hostplus. Member number stays the same. I just did it for two guys for April and it's been accepted.
