Paying Superannuation Issue

I am having an issue paying one of my employee's super. A message comes up that the super details for the employee are invalid. I have checked the details and they are correct.

Any ideas on how to fix this. the message did give me a phone number to ring which i have tried but get a message that the number is unavailable. I can not find another phone number to actually contact MYOB.

Any help is appreciated

    Hi MScott ,

    I understand that this can be challenging. If the employee details are incorrect, it could be due to an incorrect member ID number or a missing email address. I recommend double-checking these details.

    What fund is this occurring on? I can have a look and see why its returning that.

    The Super Fund is Panorama Super

    I can see that one of the funds is inactive and one is active. 

    The first number is the USI and the second is the ABN.
