PAYMENT SUMMARIES - MYGOV

We have managed to finalise the End of Year and get it all to balance and it is finalised in STP.  However when staff try to download their summary it says "tax not ready" in MyGOV.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Thanks for your post. Each employee that has been finalised will have the green Final Indicator ticked in the payroll reporting centre, if you can see this green tick I would recommend contacting the ATO to check and see as to why the status hasn't updated on their end.
