Payroll Leave Entitlement Balance Report

Hi, 

There is an employee whose entitlement balance summary report and card file balance do no equal to what is correclty showing the total in the entitlement balance detail report?

The employee has since been terminated with their unused leave paid out and has returned as a casual employee, is there a way i can correct this to show the correct leave balance?

    I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties in correcting the leave balances of your employees. In my understanding, this employee has been previously terminated and reactivated as a casual employee. I will send you a private message to collect more information regarding your issue.
